Ability to work morning/day shift 6:20 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

- Supervise food and beverage preparation and service to maintain high-quality standards.

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments using the POS system.

- Collaborate with the cafe manager to uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe.

- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

- Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to comply with regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

- Support in overseeing and coordinating events beyond regular business hours as required.

Qualifications:

- Preferably possesses prior experience in food handling or food service.

- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in food production and preparation methods, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Capable of managing shifts effectively and delegating tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

- Exhibits excellent hospitality skills and maintains a welcoming demeanor towards customers.

- Displays adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

- Possesses basic mathematical skills for cash-handling responsibilities.

- Able to endure long periods of standing and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
