Job Description:

Are you a competitive, high-energy salesperson? Do your past metrics demonstrate strong performance in volume sales? We are looking for top 1% deal closers who are looking to advance their careers in sales.

Rosenblum Law, a fast-expanding law firm serving multiple states, is looking for a dedicated and authentic sales consultant to join our team. This role involves managing a high volume of calls with prospective clients. While no legal experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided, candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional phone sales experience.

Sales is the lifeblood of our business; we will only hire hungry, highly-motivated people who enjoy the kill and closing deal after deal (no hunting required as we provide a pipeline of quality inbound leads)!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with a high volume of leads and convert them into clients

  • Meet monthly benchmarks for consultations and overall client acquisitions

  • Assist with inbound calls and route them appropriately

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years phone sales (closing) experience

  • Excellent work ethic and operate in a high-paced work environment

  • Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people/ outgoing personality

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking

Compensation / Benefits:

  • $20-$25 per hour base wage, plus uncapped monthly bonus.
