Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies.

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date patient records.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development.

• Contribute to a positive, team-focused, and patient-centered clinic environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.

• Clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based physical therapy techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High professional standards and dedication to patient care.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer use.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification (e.g., OCS, SCS).

• Experience with specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy, aquatic therapy).

• Positive attitude with a passion for patient outcomes and rehabilitation success.

• Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
