Nurse Practitioner – Facility-Based Care | Klamath Falls, OR

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who thrives in a facility-based setting, values autonomy, and is eager to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, relationship-driven care

• Care settings include:

  • Post-Acute Care

  • Long-Term Care

  • Nursing Homes

  • Assisted Living

  • Memory Care

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• No evenings, weekends, or holiday on-call requirements

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oregon state license (or ability to obtain)
