Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a cat. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. I would want the microwave cleaned. I would like the oven and refrigerator likely wiped out. I would like the beds to be made and the sofa vacuumed and straightened. I would like the front door Windex on both sides and the windowsills wiped clean. I do have stairs. It is a townhouse.
