As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to students and educators, assisting them with inquiries regarding educational products, services, and platforms, ensuring exceptional service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to educational resources and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist students and educators with account setup, course selection, and technical issues.
• Provide guidance on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in webinars and training sessions to enhance knowledge of educational content and tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the education or e-learning sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to navigate and learn new technology platforms quickly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as necessary.
