In this role, you will leverage your language skills to communicate effectively with our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking.
• Handle complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
