As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to media content, subscriptions, and service issues, all while providing exceptional support in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding media and entertainment services, including streaming, subscriptions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and current promotions.
• Assist customers with account management, including subscription changes and billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure thorough follow-up for outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure an enhanced customer experience.
• Stay updated on new media content and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the media and entertainment sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for media.
• Ability to understand and convey complex information simply and effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
