This role is essential in providing compassionate and informed support to our clients and healthcare professionals. Your expertise in Dutch will help facilitate communication and ensure that all inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services are addressed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from healthcare professionals and clients regarding pharmaceutical products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information about medication, dosage, side effects, and product availability.
• Assist in resolving issues related to orders, shipments, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and company policies to provide compliant responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and compliance to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• A strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
