In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide information regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers with their orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
