Banquet Server - Now Hiring

Position Summary:
We are seeking professional, attentive Banquet Servers to provide exceptional service during events, banquets, and private functions. Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up banquet rooms with linens, table settings, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor guest needs during events and respond promptly to requests.
• Clear tables, glassware, and dishware in a timely and organized fashion.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with event breakdown, storage of equipment, and reset of rooms as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Compensation:
