Responsibilities:

Front office duties
Awesome customer service
Team member motivation and coaching
Maintain budgets and achieve ultimate profitability
Coordinating team members dependent on schedule to maintain efficiency
Great attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Setting the culture of the office in a positive way

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Management experience
