Crew Member

Landesign, LLC is a growing landscaping company serving Columbia, MO and the surrounding areas, with headquarters in Wentzville, MO. We are seeking motivated full-time Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced professionals to maintain and enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, with on-the-job training provided. • Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day
• Assist with the installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Support hardscape installation projects as needed
• Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
• Secure equipment for safe transport to job sites
• Remove debris from trucks and trailers daily
• Clean and maintain trucks and equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members under the guidance of the operations team

• No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn is essential
• Previous knowledge of landscaping or hardscaping is a plus
• Familiarity with fleet equipment and trucks used in landscaping is preferred
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
