Job Summary:
The primary duty of this position is to see that the highest levels of quality and productivity are maintained or exceed all aspects for all landscape installations. Is responsible for installations and the management of projects on and off site. Oversees projects to substantial completion and through the warranty period, communicating with customers and designers, setting up projects, and maintaining quality standards. Coordinates with the General Manager, and Project Coordinator to schedule manpower and equipment resources.
Typical Responsibilities
Communicate progress on landscape projects to company management and field staff effectively.
Read and follows all work orders, designs, materials lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timelines to the schedule.
Oversees equipment maintenance and vehicle preventive maintenance program with Operations Manager, and Service Tech.
Order and schedule material deliveries to all projects as needed.
Receive daily input and paperwork from the Crew Leaders, as pertaining to budget, schedule, and productivity.
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications (You may apply even if you don’t meet every qualification)
3+ years experience in leadership and management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent client/vendor/team communication.
Meeting and hitting labor/material budgets.
Proficient at scheduling/dispatching.
Detail oriented with schedules and numbers.
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times even in difficult circumstances.
Proficient and professional in phone and email communication.
Ability to maintain a high level of organization.
Proficient with computers.
Ability to quickly learn and use various types of software (CRM, GSuite, Aspire, etc.).
Detailed and accurate record keeping.
Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
