In this role, you will assist clients and contractors by addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project details, and related questions via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and project timelines.
• Assist customers in understanding contracts and service agreements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the database.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the construction sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to interpret and clearly communicate technical information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
