Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong desire to help customers and provide excellent service.
• Experience in the banking or customer service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
