Mercier Consultancy is proud to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance for their inquiries and technical issues.
Your responsibilities will include responding to client requests, documenting issues, and ensuring that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. We seek individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to help us maintain high satisfaction levels among our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing effective solutions
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our helpdesk system
- Educate clients on product usage and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and find solutions
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Engage in continuous training to enhance product and technical knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in helpdesk support or customer service is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction
