In this position, you will utilize your German language skills to assist customers with their inquiries, bookings, and provide exceptional support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to hospitality services, travel bookings, and tourism information via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding hotel accommodations, itineraries, and local attractions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and keep records up to date in the CRM system.
• Work closely with hotel partners and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
