What Youll Do

• Lead shifts and support the GM in daily operations
• Coach and motivate team members
• Ensure food quality and service standards are met
• Handle cash, deposits, and closing/opening duties
• Jump in and support wherever the team needs you

What Were Looking For

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
