Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in custom metal solutions, is seeking a Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate to join their team. As a Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate

Location: Union, MO

Pay Range: $19-21 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform custom fabrication, large assembly, and forming of sheet metal components
• Install sheet metal parts accurately according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise work
• Utilize MIG welding and spot welding techniques for assembly tasks
• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with MIG and spot welding preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
