Assistant Community Manager

A mobile home community in Hayden, ID is looking for a part-time Assistant Community Manager. This position handles operational aspects of the community and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for residents.

Essential Job Duties

• Ensures residents receive the highest levels of customer service. Promptly and professionally handles and resolves resident's, educates and enforces community rules.
• Managers collections, evictions, violations, home inventory and financials for the community.
• Conducts regular community inspections to maintain curb appeal and address safety issues.
• Works with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure that the preventative maintenance and work orders are completed.
• Assists with capital improvement projects.

• Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
• Computer proficiency with experience using Google Suite, Rent Manager and Back Office preferred.
