Our client in Modesto is looking to fill their Property Manager position!
Duties:
- Customer service to our valued residents
- Scheduling and monitoring maintenance workers and vendors
- Property inspections
- Leasing units
- Preparing and serving notices
- Processing rent
- Data entry
- Communicating with and providing reports to our Corporate offices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a must
- Must be trustworthy, organized, detail oriented, and have a friendly welcoming personality
