Restaurant Line Cook

Join the kitchen team at the Artists Colony Inn & Restaurant in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana! We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and passionate cooks who are excited to help us deliver an elevated take on classic American comfort food. Our restaurant is all about scratch-made dishes, local ingredients, and creating a welcoming experience for both locals and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock your station for each shift

• Prepare and cook dishes to Artists Colony’s quality and presentation standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Assist with ingredient prep to keep the team efficient and well-supported

• Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to provide excellent guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen preferred

• Comfortable using kitchen equipment and following recipes

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
