School Social Worker 

Social worker sought for North  Suburban Therapeutic Day School  for 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Ideal School Social  Worker  will have 2 years school based experience.
• Conduct evaluations to determine needs and make recommendations to promote positive educational outcomes.
• Develop, implement and monitor student progress. Primarily work 1:1 with some group classes. Currently students include 2nd-12 graders.
• Plan and provide services directly and indirectly to students, families, staff.

Qualifications:

• PEL as School Social Worker  as issued by ISBE.
• Must have  experience as a pediatric or school based Social Worker.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more. Starting salary varies with credentials. Starting at $37/hr.

Work Schedule:

• Work schedule will follow school schedule. Most positions are 35 hrs/wk for full time.
