Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
