Licensed Plumber

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Plumber who can take a set of plans (or a roughed neighboring unit) and deliver a complete, clean rough-in—especially on monolithic slab builds common in our residential and townhouse projects. You’ll work with a helper and may “run a small crew” depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Complete rough-ins on residential/light commercial/multifamily projects (monolithic slab focus)
• Read/interpret plans; replicate layouts from adjacent units as needed
• Install DWV and water supply lines; set fixtures and perform pressure tests
• Lead and mentor a helper; maintain site safety and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with GC/site leads; document progress and submit time accurately

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated journey-level plumbing skill; able to own a unit start-to-finish with minimal oversight
• Work authorization in the U.S. and valid driver’s license
• Reliable attendance and professional communication in English
• Willingness to travel to nearby job sites when required
• Tools: Company provides power/battery tools and ladders; candidates bring a standard set of hand tools

Nice to Have

• Experience leading a small crew or training helpers
• Comfort roughing 3–4 slabs/day when the schedule calls for it

• 18 years or older
