This role is suited for individuals who are dedicated to public service and enjoy helping others. As a key member of our team, you will assist citizens in navigating government services, providing them with the necessary information and support in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries related to government services, programs, and policies via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide accurate and timely information to citizens while ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
• Assist in resolving issues related to public services and facilitate necessary follow-up actions.
• Document all customer interactions in the system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with various government departments to ensure effective responses to inquiries.
• Stay updated on changes in government policies and services to provide relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
