| RN - # beds: 48 - Ratios: 2 nurses(typically 1 LPN-12 hour shift and 1 certified medication aide-10 hour shift) per 48 residents/1 LPN at NOC. 1 RN Unit manager also present during day 8-10 hour shift. - EMR: PCC - Weekend requirement: every other - Holidays: every other - Shifts (8s or 12s): 8s and 12s - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia, heart disease, COPD, CKD, depression Notes entered 4.18.25
