Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am a 46-year-old woman who has ALS . I live in Delavan with my mom and her yorkie . I am in need of a caregiver for every Sunday , the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month , and every other weekend . I am in a wheelchair . I am able to support my own weight but I can't stand on my own . I need someone who can scoop me onto the bed . I am 5'3 " and I weigh about 120 pounds . I have a feeding tube . Any questions are welcome . Your child is also welcome to come with you.
