This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services in their native Nordic languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, vehicle specifications, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide information on product features, pricing, and dealer locations.
• Assist customers with service appointments, troubleshooting vehicle issues, and processing warranty claims.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the customer management system for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and company products to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
