  • November 8th: 9a-9p
  • November 22nd: 1p-1a
  • December 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd: 1p-1a
  • December 26th: 9a-9p
  • December 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th: 1p-1a

Clinical Details:

• Support Staff: MD on from 7a-7p and another on from 7p-7a
  • One APP works 9a-9p and another works 5p-1a

Requirements:

• Active MN license & DEA required (or ability to obtain)
• Must have at least 1 year of ER experience
