Journeyman Plumber - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, ensures compliance with local codes, and provides excellent service to residential and commercial clients. UP TO 25% PER JOB IN COMMISSION!!

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell within existing work orders
• Conduct drain cleaning using advanced equipment and methods to clear blockages and maintain smooth flow.
• Handle toilet repairs and installations, from fixing leaks to completing new installations with high-quality workmanship.
• Carry out pipe repairs and replacements, addressing leaks or damaged lines with modern techniques and durable materials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including clear communication, accurate diagnostics, and free phone estimates.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Requirements

• Journeyman license valid in North Carolina required
• Journeyman-level plumbing experience; 3-4 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
