Job Overview

The Parts Counter Sales role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians by selling and sourcing parts and accessories, and ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment of orders. Other duties include: maintaining inventory, organizing displays, and supporting overall department operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Basic data entry and keyboard skills
• High School Diploma or equivilant experience
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Basic parts and machinary knowledge
• Ability to use John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
• Forklift license preferred
