What Youll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions
• Prospect through cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
• Analyze properties for ROI, rental income, and flip potential
• Tour and evaluate homes, duplexes, and multifamily investments
• Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closings
• Partner with senior investor-agents to evaluate your own deals

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license (or working toward it)
• Sales experience is a plus, but hustle is more important
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
