Barista / Front of House Cafe Team

We make coffee, serve food, work hard and have fun. We’re a small company, and EVERYONE wears tons of hats. We make drinks, stock shelves, do dishes, take photos, invent recipes, make cocktails, haul stuff, run events, and solve problems too—though that is still just a fraction of what goes on during a typical shift.  This position starts at $11 an hour (plus consistent tips at $5-$7/hr) and comes with the list of benefits listed below. 

There will also be opportunity in the future to grow beyond this position into general management, marketing, finance--whatever could interest you. We are not a coffee shop, we are a coffee company--and all the functions that exist at larger companies exist at De Fer, albeit on a smaller scale.
