Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers in the aviation sector.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and handling cancellations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
