You will provide vital support to customers, assisting them with inquiries about telecommunications products and services in their native Nordic languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting, through phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing, and terms of service.
• Assist customers with account management, activation, and changes to their services.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on telecommunications advancements and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in telecommunications, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to quality service.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
