Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead and grow a territory across Western Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, aiming for 20% regional growth by promoting high-efficiency HVAC solutions that enhance customer margins.
Boost revenue by confidently presenting products that deliver long-term savings for homeowners.
Support contractors with clear product education and smart solutions for their toughest challenges.
Stay sharp with our product lineup and CRM tools to manage and strengthen your accounts.
Work with customers to design high-efficiency heating, cooling, and ventilation systems that out perform conventional HVAC systems.
Represent us at trade shows and networking events, highlighting our services to build business and our brand.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of building relationships and driving results.
Some college education (degree in progress or completed coursework).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.
Bonus: Experience in HVAC, electrical, or controls is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
