Our client is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their customer service team in Irving, TX. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention, and streamlining operations across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while coordinating with sales, management, accounting, and vendors.
A major focus of this role is supporting the customer service team in meeting standards for responsiveness, timely order processing, and resolving service issues—including freight rates, tracking, damages/returns, and estimating. The Customer Support Specialist will also help maximize profitability by securing competitive freight rates and strengthening relationships with freight and product partners.
Success in this role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, computer proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in customer service role
  • Vender management experience
  • Familiar with CRM platform
  • QuickBooks experience is a huge plus!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm fully in office
Benefits: Employer pays 100% of the employee’s medical insurance
Compensation: $40,000-$45,000/Annually
