About The Position
Englewood, New Jersey Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens | 10-Hour Day Shifts

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Board Certified Anesthesiologists (ABA/AOBA) for a high-volume, full-service hospital in northern New Jersey. This assignment offers a wide case mix, modern facilities, and the stability of long-term scheduling with competitive compensation and full travel support.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Englewood, New Jersey
• Facility Size: 520-bed hospital
• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift Structure: 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (no call)
• Minimum Requirement: 4 shifts per week
• Annual Case Volume: 20,717 cases
• Operating Environment: 38 ORs including ASC, Endo, Cath Lab, and IR suites
• Staffing Model: Physicians work their own cases
• Credentialing: 45–60 days for clean files

Case Mix

• Bread & Butter (General Anesthesia)
• OB/GYN – ~3,000 deliveries annually
• Pediatrics
• Orthopedics (including spine)
• Endoscopy
• Cath Lab (Watchman procedures, mitral clips, etc.)
• Interventional Radiology
• Approx. 500 Cardiac cases annually (valves, aortic surgery, etc.)
• No trauma, pain, or transplants

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certification: ABA or AOBA required
• Licensure: Active NJ medical license (or willing to obtain)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
• Experience: Comfortable across a broad spectrum of cases, including OB and peds
• Skills: Regional blocks proficiency required
