Barista / Cafe Crew – $17/hr Starting + Tips, Flexible Hours, Fun Team!

We’re Dex Coffee, a new coffee shop in Fountain Valley!
We’re looking for energetic and friendly baristas to join our team. No prior experience? No problem. We provide training!

What you’ll do:

• Make and serve high-quality coffee and drinks
• Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude
• Handle POS and take orders accurately
• Help keep the cafe clean and organized

• $17/hr starting pay plus shared tips

Hours:

• Shifts between 9am–7pm
• Weekend availability preferred

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Speaks English
• Reads English
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
