Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and maintenance practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Licensing or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Essential Duties:

• Repair and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and checking fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks (weeding, snow removal).
• Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Complete invoices and weekly reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.
