Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

It s Reid with Amergis, reaching out because a growing wound care organization is expanding into the Toledo, OH market and is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join their team!

Position Details:

• Location: Toledo, OH (Central Zip Code:43604)
• Schedule: PRN, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Notice: 72-hour notice provided for shift scheduling
• Setting: Home visits and SNFs within 1.5 hours of Toledo
• Duration: Ongoing PRN pool
• Compensation: $250 per visit (W2 Position)

Requirements:

• Active Ohio NP license
• Board Certification as FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP (AANP or AANC)
• Must have wound care experience
• Willingness to travel locally and potentially train in Chicago (expenses reimbursed)

Additional Info:

• EMR: Atlas
• Training: 1 4 days depending on experience
• Interview: 5 10 minute phone call with Medical Director
• No weekend-only availability accepted
• Must be able to work full 8-hour shifts
