Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate information on account balances, transaction details, and financial products.
• Assist customers with opening accounts, applying for loans, and resolving account issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up.
• Collaborate with banking teams to enhance service delivery and address customer concerns.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in using banking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
