Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the automotive sector.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong commitment to customer service and an eagerness to assist others.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture with a comprehensive relocation package!
• A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
