Front Desk Receptionist

Paws In Paradise is looking for a fun, inviting, personable receptionist to join our team. Our receptionists are the faces of our company, and are the main communication with our clients. Customer service experience is a plus. Pay is competitive and reviewed after 30-60 days of employment and re-evaluated.

A few responsibilities of our receptionist consist of the following:

-Checking in/out & handling dogs for daycare and boarding

-Creating invoices through QuickBooks, and receiving payments

-Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner

-Answering any questions a client may have about our facility and/or their dog

These are just a few of the many things a receptionist does here, every receptionist will be trained by a manager in all aspects of the job. We are looking for a reliable, dog loving, person who works well with others, communicates well and positively with our clients 2 legged and 4 legged!

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Available to work: holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: on call
