CDL A OTR Dry Van Driver Nationwide

Compensation

• Average Annual Pay: $88,000 
  • Base 70 CPM with an average of 10,000+ miles monthly
  • All miles paid 
    • Bonuses:
      • Referral bonus: $1,200 ($100 a month up to 12 months)
      • Safety Bonus: 5 CPM 8+ MPG with no DOT violations or at fault accidents/incidents in the month
•  Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home Time: Approximately out 3 weeks, home 4-5 days (longer if needed)
• Route: Run all 48 
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight 
  • Some drop and hook
  • Some live load and unload

Equipment 

• 2024 or newer Volvo Freightliner with Sleepers
• Automatic
• Governed speed: 70 mph 
• Outward facing camera only

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations or any preventable accident/incident in the last year
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Drivers must live within the following states: Nebraska, Florida, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New York, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, California
