Q: Do I need prior insurance experience to apply?
A: No! We provide full training. If you're motivated and willing to get licensed, well help you succeed.
Q: Will I need to be licensed before I start?
A: No, but you must be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license shortly after hire. Already licensed? Thats a big plus.
Q: Is this a commission-only role?
A: Not at all. We offer a base salary plus commission, along with regular bonuses and incentives.
Q: Where do the leads come from?
A: Leads may be provided and include referrals, marketing campaigns, and current clients. Youre also encouraged to network within your community.
Q: What does a typical day look like?
A: Youll be connecting with new and existing clients, educating them on insurance options, and following up on leads all while collaborating with your team and developing your skills.

What Youll Do
- Build strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance solutions that meet their needs
- Achieve sales goals through new business generation and cross-selling opportunities
- Qualify and follow up on leads from various sources
- Offer personalized advice and coverage options for individuals and families
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties

What You Bring
- A strong interest in a sales career (previous sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (existing licenses are a plus!)
