Responsibilities - Sales BDC Appointment Setter:
- Work in our beautiful dealership's fast-paced call center to answer internet and telephone requests for information, schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team, confirm and reschedule appointments, and more.
- Ability to cold call prospects
- Conduct new business
- Answer inbound/outbound calls
- Respond to customers in a promptly manner
Qualifications - Sales BDC Appointment Setter:
- An enthusiastic self-starter that's motivated to succeed with good sales, communication, computer and customer service skills
- A good work ethic, positive attitude and professional appearance
- Multilingual or bilingual is preferred but not required
- Ethical, respectful, punctual, and dependable
- Driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma
