The facility is located in South Charleston, WV.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional weekend shifts. Weekend call is required about once every six weeks, and responsibilities include rounding and handling approximately 1520 consults per day. ED coverage is limited to consults only, and a DEA license is required.
